About Carolyn
Carolyn Lunceford is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adolescents, adults, and couples seeking support with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, grief and loss, and relationship challenges. Carolyn believes that therapy is a deeply personal experience and that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. She uses a person-centered, strength-based approach that honors each client as capable, resilient, and full of potential. Carolyn partners with clients to gently explore their strengths, past successes, and personal values, using these as a foundation for growth and positive change. She strives to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves and sharing openly. Carolyn’s hope is that each client leaves therapy with a deeper sense of self-understanding, increased confidence, and practical tools to help them move forward toward a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
About Cathy
Cathy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who enjoys walking alongside clients as they discover their own inner strengths. Using a person-centered, somatic approach, Cathy works with children, teens, and adults to help them better understand themselves and feel more connected to their emotions and bodies. She focuses on building what’s already working, while supporting clients in creating lives with more joy, healthy boundaries, and clarity.
Cathy believes that we all already carry the strengths we need within us. For nearly 40 years, it has been her privilege to support people in standing in — and speaking — their truths, first to themselves and then to the people who matter most in their lives. Cathy honors people exactly where they are and respects that each person’s journey is unique. She strives to create a supportive, welcoming space where clients feel heard, respected, and encouraged
